Dispatch & Deliveries Policy
We endeavour to post your order on the day the order is placed or the next business day.
Express post orders placed before 12.00pm will be sent that day if possible. Any problems we will call.
The postage costs at checkout cover both postage and the processing handling of your order.
The free postage offer for June 2018 is for Australia only and does not apply to Country WA or NT.
If you live in these excluded areas and wish to place an order over $200.00 please email us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org
The items that are free postage will be sent standard post or courier with tracking.
International orders will be sent a PayPal request for payment for shipping costs once freight cost is calculated to your delivery address.
All products have the correct weight.W e offer Standard Post or Express Post via Australia Post and at times will use Fastway Couriers
We do process and send all express orders placed on the day and within our cut off time frames in good faith and will not refund any extra express costs if for some reason the goods do not get there the next day. Once it leaves our warehouse it is in the loving hands of Australia Post.
WA & NT deliveries can take up to 6 -8 working days even for express service.
We keep a fully stocked warehouse of products but in the advent of high sales or any delay in products or orders being received you will be advised via email and the item will be back ordered and sent as quickly as possible.
No order is sent until payment is received and we offer the choice of Credit Card, MasterCard and Visa and AMEX only, Bank Transfer and PayPal. With bank transfers if payment is not received within 7 days we will email you and if no reply the order will be cancelled on the 8th day. Credit Card payments are through our secure site
Should a product by any chance be faulty will offer a money back guarantee and will arrange replacement products or refund? As we are only human and have a very wide product range on offer. We do have several procedures in place before the goods leave our warehouse. In the unlikely advent you receive a wrong item please contact us and if possible a send a photo showing what was sent and we will organise pickup and replacement.If you make the wrong choice or your address details are incorrect the cost of resending or returning is on the buyer. Any claims must be made in writing within 7 days.
